Every Thursday! You will receive an email straight to your inbox every Thursday afternoon with the dinner plan for the coming week. Your subscription starts for the next week as long as you subscribe by 12pm ET (noon) on Thursday. If you subscribe after then, your subscription starts the following week. Ex: you subscribe at 3pm ET on a Thursday. You will not receive a dinner plan that same Thursday for the upcoming week. You will receive your first dinner plan in 7 days.
We are based in North Carolina, a southern state in the U.S. A few of our meals may have a slight southern touch to them, but most of them are one-pot family friendly meals or have a protein +2 structure. Here are a few examples of what we eat:

Nope. This isn't a meal prep service, its meal planning. I'm planning the meals for you. Let's be honest, 80% of the hassle of dinner is deciding what to cook anyways. So, you must have a basic level of cooking skills to join our service. We're just taking that heavy mental load of deciding what to cook off your plate.
Grocery delivery is included in our Plus plans. We offer Plus plans with servings of 2 and 4. Grocery delivery is not included in our Standard plan, but it includes a printable and digital shopping list for that week's meals. This leaves things flexible for you to decide how much to cook.
Absolutely. You can cancel anytime with no penalty or long-term commitment. Unused weeks in your current month are refundable. Weeks that have already been delivered are not eligible for a refund. A 2-day notice is required to receive a refund for the upcoming week.
We handle the mental load of dinner for less than $10/week. Our Plus plans include the cost of groceries, too. You get price details and cost breakdown for each plan before signing up. We understand cost/value.
You can absolutely skip weeks if you're subscribed to any of our Plus plans. Just reply to any of the weekly dinner plan emails to let us know when you need to skip. A two (2) day skip notice is required in order to skip the coming week. This means that if you do not wish to receive next week's dinner plan on Thursday, you need to inform us via email by Tuesday in order to receive a credit for next week. You're allowed to accumulate up to 5 skipped weeks, that will be rolled to the end of your subscription with us.
Simply Stocked provides meal planning and kitchen organization support only. We do not provide medical, dietary or nutrition advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietician before making any changes to your diet or eating habits.
There is no long-term commitment and no cancellation fees. You may cancel your membership at any time.
Refunds are available for unused weeks only within your current billing cycle. Any week that has already begun or been delivered is considered used and is non-refundable.
A minimum 2-day notice is required prior to the start of the next weekly cycle in order to receive a refund for that upcoming week. Example: If new meal plans are released on Thursday, cancellation must be submitted by Tuesday to avoid being charged for that week.
Upon cancellation, all future unused weeks will be automatically refunded. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email with your subscription end date and refund details (if applicable). If you do not receive confirmation, please contact support to ensure your cancellation has been processed.
